President
Sharr Steetlah, a member of the Nisqually Indian Tribe, has a business degree and is a dedicated mother and member of her Tribe.
Vice President
Jennifer Underwood, a member of the Nisqually Indian Tribe, is the granddaughter of Elizabeth Leschi. She has served on the Medicine Creek Enterprise Board of Directors for 10 years as Treasurer, Chairwoman, and Vice Chairwoman. She enjoys working for her Tribe and serving as the current Vice President.
Her day job is in Finance for the Nisqually Tribe. She has worked in finance for 4 years, as a Corrections Officer at Nisqually Corrections Facility for 3 years, and as an Agent for the Nisqually Gaming Commission.
Jennifer has been married to her husband for 12 years, together 17, Jonathan Underwood is a Quinault Tribal member. They have two daughters, Laila and Makaila Underwood.

Sasha Wells is an enrolled member of the Nisqually Indian Tribe, daughter of Richard Wells.
Director at Large
Samira McDonald is an enrolled member of the Nisqually Indian Tribe. She has an MBA and BS in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. During her five years at Saint Mary's, she was a Division 1 women's basketball player. She currently is a Marketing Specialist at ON24 in San Francisco, CA.

Frank Marzano works for Harborstone Credit Union as a Loan Officer. He spends a lot of his time remodeling his house and spending time with his family.
